FAQs
HOW MANY DAYS WILL I TRAIN? I let you determine your schedule based on how much you want to train. Train as little as 3 days a week or as much as 6. Most people who have busy lives can commit to 3 days a week of an hour session. This works out perfectly to hit all 3 days of training each week. If you want to commit more days to training, you choose which days you want to focus on more.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION? Each session lasts between 30 - 75 minutes.
IS IT FOLLOW-ALONG ROUTINES? Nope! But the app does have video examples of most exercises (more coming) which is perfect if you are beginning and not familiar with exercising. Plus, depending on the program you choose you will get technique feedback from myself on a weekly or bi-weekly basis!
WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM OPTIONS? Monthly Movement Snacks (coming soon): 3day/week mobility and flexibility program. Perfect for busy people who can't devote to an exercise program The Baseline: 3-5day/week generalized fitness training. Programs are updated monthly and designed to develop functional strength and capabilities for every day life Private Training: 3-6days/week personalized training programs designed to target specific problems, and/or reach specific fitness goals (run first 5km race, lose weight, gain muscle mass, etc.)
CAN YOU GET STRONG AND LOSE WEIGHT AT THE SAME TIME? Absolutely. Strength training increases your total energy expenditure throughout the day, making it the most effective tool for sustainable fat loss.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROGRAM? Your program along with exercise videos are available in the Baseline Fitness app. You’ll be sent an invitation to the app within 24 hours of registering for any program.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO A CERTAIN EXERCISE? (Almost) every exercise in the app includes a video demonstration. For any questions you can use the messaging in app to talk to me directly. I respond every Wednesday
CAN I GET FEEDBACK ON MY EXERCISE TECHNIQUE SO I CAN IMPROVE MY FORM? Yes! You can upload up to three videos per week for professional feedback and coaching instruction *Make sure you choose the "With Technique Feedback" option to get this*
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION? Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to rob@baselinemassage.ca. You’ll have access to your program until the end of your billing cycle.

ABOUT YOUR COACH


Rob Erhart is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Personal Trainer based of out Vancouver, Canada.
He was a Team Canada Athlete (2006-2013) and Coach (2013-2018) in the Olympic sport of Skeleton!
Rob now brings all his experience together through in-person and remote training and treatment services. He works with everyone from everyday Olympians (general public) to athletes.
